The International Guesthouse processes personal data from you for the purpose of making a reservation request and/or concluding a rental agreement.

If the data are not communicated, a reservation cannot be made or a rental agreement cannot be created. The tenant management data is normally deleted 5 years after the end of the tenancy. If you have only made a request, but a tenancy did not come about, your data will be deleted immediately as soon as the desired reservation period has expired or you cancel the reservation request.

Only the administrative staffs of the International Guesthouse and the Association Board have access to your data.

If there is a declaration of consent, photos of celebrations and events with the participants will be published on the homepage of the International Guesthouse for the purpose of external presentation. You will receive a declaration of consent from us in connection with the conclusion of the rental contract. If you do not sign this declaration, this will have no effect on your stay in our guesthouse. Your consent can also be revoked at any time.

As a tenant / interested party, you have a right to information, as well as a right to correction, deletion or restriction of the processing or a right to object to the processing (Article 21 DS-GVO). You also have the right to appeal to the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Lennéstraße 1, 19053 Schwerin, Germany.
