The IBZ guesthouse offers 19 apartment units – from one to three-room apartments (one bedroom to two-bedrooms) and from 26m² to 60m² in size. The rent is inclusive of all utility and staff costs except for individual electricity costs. Our apartments are fully furnished. We provide internet connections as well as bed linens and a ready-to-use kitchen with kitchenware and a fridge. Washing machines and dryers are available within the building. There is a roof terrace and a back porch. When moving in we ask for one month’s rent as a deposit. When moving out we charge a cleaning fee ranging from 90, 00€ to 250, 00€, according to the size of the flat. A parking spot in the basement may be rented, pending availability for 89,00€ per month.
