Seminar room
The IBZ provides a seminar room which can be booked for conferences, seminars, workshops or cultural events. The room can host up to 75 people. Chairs and tables can be set up in different configurations. The room is equipped with the following:
- Projector
- Speakers
- Hi-Fi equipment
- Microphone, Headset
- Wireless LAN
Non-university users may request a guest account. The current charge for the seminar room is 150,00 € per day. For a fee of 10,00€/day, a parking spot can be rented as well. Information about the event is published by the respective organizer. Please refer to the University Calendar of Events for university affiliated events.
Use of Kitchen Included
At events you are welcome to use the fully equiped kitchen featuring:
- Dishes and Cutlery
- Glasses (also champagne glasses)
- Cookware
- Stove with oven
- Microwave
- Fridge
- Electric Kettle
- Coffee machine / filters
- Dishwasher
